According to the weather reports we are going to get hammered again with a bigger weather system in a week or two. Like everything else in life, it will start to dominate the news cycle as it gets closer.
It’s time to evaluate what worked and what didn’t work during last week’s storm. Then get ready before the next round of panic buying. I know for us personally we don’t want to drink chlorinated tap water, so we stock up on bottled spring water. and after last week’s buying panic the shelves were bare. We will be stocking up again before the next round of panic buying takes hold, so we don’t need to dip into our stores to meet our day-to-day consumption.
It’s winter and there will be storms, you have all been through this before. Yes, the storms do seem to be intensifying as the years progress, but the powers that be openly talk about manipulating the weather, so that is to be expected. Plan for the most likely scenario and plan for the most dangerous scenario, after that don’t get sucked into unnecessary media hype.
